- Handle phone, email, postal mail inquires and respond appropriately
- Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports, and presentations; transcribe meeting notes
- Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, meeting invitations, and appointments day to day and long-term management of meetings, priorities, and projects.
- Schedule all meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants
- Collect and assemble information for presentations, projects, and strategic planning.
- Take on tasks to support the work of onboarding programs.
- Work as a member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals
- Collaborates with Human Resources to send all required labor law posters to program sites.
- Facilities good relationship with internal and external vendors/employees.
- Candidates must have 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with medical office experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong communication skills (listening, writing, and speaking)
- Strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up)
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, with an emphasis on quality of work
- Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Proven ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Service minded
- Maintain confidential information

- Prior experience providing support to multiple people is required
- Prior experience working with physicians
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Comfortable having difficult conversations with physicians
- Associates degree is preferred
Physical Demands
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Position also requires walking, standing, stooping or kneeling.
- Regularly required to use computer keyboard, mouse and telephone
- Lift and carry objects such as books and files weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Close vision work and ability to adjust focus.
- Minimal travel demanded.
