What We Need :
Obagi is seeking a strategic, driven and creative Brand Manager to manage a portfolio of product franchises. This role will be instrumental in planning and executing the brand strategy and plans on the US market to drive growth. This role will collaborate closely with all marketing departments and sales to deliver compelling integrated marketing plans.
What You’ll Do : Brand Management :
- In alignment with Global Brand Strategy, help establish the US Brand Strategy for your portfolio of products / franchises to drive growth and gain market shares.
- Brand analytics : continually assess and share product and franchise performance (sell-in / sell-out) to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven marketing decisions.
- Portfolio management : manage the operational execution and communication of launches, discontinuations and product reformulations.
- Pricing strategy : with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape and brand price positioning, make recommendations for existing products and new launches.
- Brand image : in partnership with creative, bring the brand to life across touchpoints in a cohesive and impactful way. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing activities, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
