What We Need :
Obagi is seeking creative Graphic Designers to join our dynamic, creative, and rapidly growing Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a curious personality, a passion for all things beauty, and will play a crucial role in the development and execution of industry engaging visual content.
What You’ll Do :
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all design projects.
- Ideate and create design assets for various projects, including but not limited to digital graphics, print materials, website landing pages, paid ads, email / SMS, sales decks, and presentations.
- Stay up to date with relevant Social as well as beauty and industry trends to produce relevant and creative content that drives engagement and collaboration
- Review designs proofs and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders and teammates to refine final production files.
- Maintain all design and assets.
- Recommend design solutions that are engaging and work from a “social first” perspective.
- Assist the creative team with creation of new content in various forms : briefs, social videos and static posts, printed brochures, printed posters, paid ads, and website, etc.
- Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders and internal customers, including senior management.
- Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
- Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
- Work cross-team, lead the design process, and apply feedback and input from stakeholders.
- Quickly turn around detailed comps / mockups in an iterative environment.
- Work closely with art directors to influence best practice photo direction for relevant placement.
What You’ll Need :
Video / image editing preferred, Image manipulation and print experience required
