What We Need :
Obagi is seeking a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. In collaboration with various internal teams, this role will be responsible for identifying, collaborating, and managing relationships with all active Obagi influencers to drive awareness, optimize campaign ROI, and help make better data-driven decisions that ultimately drive engagement and growth.
What You’ll Do :
Campaign Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies (earned and paid) that align with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful, data-driven influencer campaigns.
- Plan and manage influencer activations across all social platforms
- Ensure timely delivery of all influencer deliverables and maintain high standards of campaign execution.
Influencer Identification and Relationship Management :

Video / image editing experience a huge plus but not required
