Location : FDA Headquarters – White Oak, Maryland; remote
Work Hours : Core hours – 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
Position Overview :
The Programmer II in collaboration with the Programmer III will provide communicative, graphics, and multimedia services in support of FDA / CDER’s various initiatives. The goal is to provide optimal work products while supporting the overall mission of the Agency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
- Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.
- Prepares program-level and user-level documentation.
- Production of multimedia using AI software.
- Creation of electronic and print material, to include FDA approved graphics.
- Ensure all print and visual material are in FDA and 508 compliance.
- Utilization of applications to include : Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said to produce a variety of multimedia materials.
- Utilization of storyboarding and scriptwriting for video production.
- Interpersonal skills to appropriately ascertain client’s vision and requests.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 6 years’ experience. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Camtasia, Vyond, Well Said and other related applications. Experience with graphics design and video production (animation and person).
