Customer Care Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality service and possess excellent customer service skills, making every cleaning experience exceptional.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Handle carpet cleaning duties to maintain the appearance and hygiene of carpets in clients' homes.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring fresh and clean supplies are available for use.
• Provide custodial services that may include trash removal and restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks by following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas while adhering to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products is advantageous.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing for extended periods, lifting light objects, and moving furniture as needed.
• A background in hotel or custodial services is a plus but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
