Job Description and Responsibilities
OBC Northwest is currently seeking an individual to fill our full time Customer Service Agent role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Provides excellent customer service.
· Works with customers via phone, fax, e-mail and in person at counter to process quotes and order requests.
· Tracks orders status and provides updates and information to sales team and customers.
· Enters orders accurately an in a timely manner.
· Maintains accurate customer information in company database.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel preferred.
· Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
· Sharp attention to details.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience working with SAP preferred but not required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
