We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the dispensary, including inventory management, sales, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations
- Train and supervise dispensary staff, including conducting employee orientations and providing ongoing training
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
- Experience with budgeting, pricing, and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with wireless sales systems is preferred
