Are you a hospitality pro with a knack for creating unforgettable guest experiences—both on the floor and during private events? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and work with customers with our private dining and event services.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our management team, you’ll keep the front-of-house running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll step in wherever needed, from greeting guests to managing service flow and ensuring every event is executed flawlessly. You’ll also oversee private dining experiences, coordinating with clients, managing event logistics, and keeping the team on track. Whether it’s a bustling dinner service or a special event, you’ll be the go-to problem solver, keeping everything smooth and seamless.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: You must bring previous full-service restaurant experience, including private event planning and management.
- Certifications: A current food handler’s card and BASSET/IL liquor license (or be able to get them).
- Money Smarts: You’re comfortable handling cash and working with numbers.
- People Skills: Excellent customer service and communication are non-negotiable.
- Flexibility: We need someone who can roll with a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
