Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of business improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business projects, focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with business strategies.
- Manage communications with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Implement project management methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or traditional) tailored to project needs.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within projects to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business process improvements or operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects across various business functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Certification like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
