Ecommerce Coordinator

As an E-Commerce Coordinator at Obeetee, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online presence, ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the growth of a dynamic wholesale (B2B) business.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.

- Work to add product catalog onto partner portal sites using templates and manual entry.

- Work with our overseas teams to manage product data and make sure products stay up to date in PIM system.

- Monitor performance and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions including on site advertising campaigns.

- Communicate with marketplace customers to effectively list products, as well as developing new relationship when possible.

- Stay current with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to make data-driven recommendations.

- Analyze and report on e-commerce KPIs, sales performance, and customer behavior.

- Periodic travel to trade shows and to customer offices may be required.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.

- Proficiency required in e-commerce b2b marketplace platforms - including Wayfair, Amazon (3p), Overstock. Experience with Shopify is a plus.

- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel (use of pivot tables and vlookups).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- A passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay ahead in the industry.

- Experience in the Home Furnishings sector is a plus.

- Experience with PIM Systems is a plus.
