Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly after use.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure a steady flow of clean items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and countertops.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff.
- Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support banquet operations by ensuring that all service items are clean and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
