The Business Manager is responsible for the financial oversight and team management of key accounting and resident relations functions within the property. This position ensures financial stability and compliance with affordable housing regulation, managing all aspects of rent collection, delinquency, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
- Lead and supervise the financial team.
- Oversee rent collection.
- Manage delinquency.
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of invoices.
- Oversee resident balances.
- Prepare and review monthly finacnial reports, and provide insights on the property financial stability and performance.
- Foster positive resident relations, addressing financial inquires and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Must acquire Certified Financial Specialist certification within 6 months of employment.
