There is a lot of opportunity to earn base pay and commissions at this 296-unit property in one of the most desireable communities, surrounded by all the best shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation the area has to offer.

Responsibilities
- Establish a rapport with prospective residents & present the property for potential lease.
- Use knowledge of property, community & comparable properties to overcome prospect objections.
- Assist in the development of advertising & marketing programs, as well as special promotions.
- Inspect vacant apartments, schedule apartment kake-ready repair work, and assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
- Maintain resident files following company policy & regulatory agency policy
- Assist residents with needs and inquiries
- Perform administrative office tasks and other duties that may arise
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- Must be proficient with computers, knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus.
- Must have good organizational skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and own transportation.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
