We have an immediate opening for a knowledgeable Maintenance Supervisor who is driven by working with a great team and providing outstanding service to the residents at our beautiful Dayton Towers high-rise apartment community located in downtown Dayton. You will perform a variety of property maintenance tasks, lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in providing outstanding service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in completing open work orders and turnover maintenance of vacant apartments.
- Efficiently maintain property for cost efficiencies and the safety of residents.
- Assist with property stability and resident retention.
- Hold the maintenance team accountable for quality work performance and following all policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Five years' experience in apartment community maintenance or facility maintenance, experience working in high-rise buildings preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in supervision.
- Technical abilities including but not limited to HVAC repair (experience with boiler systems a plus), appliance repair, painting, roofing, water heater replacement/repair, simple carpenty, plumbing, glass replacement, and electrical.
- Strong knowledge of boiler systems, chillers, pumps and plumbing in high-rise buildings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills (i.e. tolerance for and cooperation with all personality types).
Certifications/Licensure
- EPA Certification for Freon Recovery (Type I, Type II, & Type III or Universal)
- HVAC Certification
- Valid driver's license & good driving record.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
