About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative with Oberfields in Obetz, OH you are responsible for:
- Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
- Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
- Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
- Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
- Assisting dispatch with orders.
- Completing daily paperwork.
- You will also travel between our other two locations in Delaware and Obetz, OH (occasionally).
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
