The Wellness Ambassadors will directly report to the Director of Health Promotion and Prevention Services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for fellow students on topics related to mental health, wellness, and academic success.
- Develop and facilitate workshops, presentations, and events to promote awareness and education.
- Collaborate with campus departments, including Counseling Services, Academic Advising, and ResLife, to enhance student support services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all peer interactions.
- Currently enrolled and in good academic standing.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable interacting with members of the college & local community across identities.
- Familiarity with social media & basic graphic design
