Oberon is partnered with energy and utility companies across the northeast and northwest US to provide LED lighting upgrades and other energy solutions to large commercial and industrial customers. We work through energy efficiency rebate programs via the utilities and have already completed 4000 projects over the past decade.

Position Overview :

As our team has grown, the challenges related to our scale-up have grown, too. We are seeking Strategy and Operations Associate to help our teams proactively address a diverse array of cross-functional business challenges. This is a highly dynamic role for a self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and committed to driving the growth and success of Oberon. The Strategy and Operations Associate will support critical activities, including project management, operational improvement, process optimization, and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. This position is fully onsite at our Stoughton, MA office.
