Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with occasional overtime

Pay Rate:

$35.70/hr to $45.33/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems and components in residential settings
• Oversee and mentor installation teams, ensuring work meets company standards
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier installations
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, reflecting our company values
• Ensure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
• Uphold safety protocols on every job site

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• EPA Certification (Universal)
• 5 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate your team
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures
• Knowledge of safety codes and best practices in HVAC
• Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills
• NATE Certification preferred
