Obion County Schools is hiring a Bus Fleet Service Specialist to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our school bus fleet.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee routine maintenance tasks, coordinating schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and improving fleet performance.
- Collaborate with drivers, mechanics, and other staff members to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Manage and track inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Essential Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in mechanical or transportation-related fields.
- Relevant certifications, such as diesel engine or computer diagnostics.
- Class A CDL with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements (obtained within three months).
- Clean driving record and willingness to undergo regular background checks.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
