ICTTechnician - (Onsite – Denton, TX)
Major Responsibilities :
- Thisjob role performs IT services as testing, developing, administering,troubleshooting and supporting customer application systems.
- TheIT Engineer is responsible for implementing the services requested by the customerwith the agreed service level agreements in the frame contract.
- TheIT Engineer is part of the customer team and works on customer premises or remotelyfor the customer wherever possible

- Administeran IT system. Installation / configuration of customer infrastructure withthird-party supervision. Monitoring, optimization and tuning of theinfrastructure installed. Dimensions,
- Capacityplanning, support the selection of products.
- Writingtechnical documentation.
- Testan IT system. Preparation and verification of System Integration and testenvironments. Define test planning, defining test case dependencies andpriorities to meet the required test execution coverage within the SLAs.Executes tests, based on a Test Object List and a test Strategy specification.Document test results in a Test Report. Uses test reporting tools to documenttest specification and results.
- Developcodes and interfaces on an IT system. Debug and correct SW faults.
- SupportService Assurance. Incident Management. Restoring normal service operation(within SLA limits) as quickly as possible while minimizing the impact onbusiness operations.
- Plan / design / developmentof scripts in order to monitor the business processesKPIs(volumes / performances). Analysis of business process KPIs and data qualityoutcomes, troubleshooting and designing / managing the relevant improvement orresolution processes or massive data realignment.
- Plan / design / developmentof scripts / data needed for the execution of technical jobs (recursive / oneshot). Preparation of models for the estimation of volume growth andplanning / design the future needs in terms of hardware and software licenses
