Job Title: Senior / Lead Recruiter
Work Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- 4-9 years experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
- Experience in Contract Staffing & Permanent Staffing on Regular/Niche/Super Niche Requirements
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
- Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates
- Expertise in End-to-End Recruitment in various Domains and Technologies
- Expertise in the areas of Active and Passive Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting
- Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
- A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies
- Experience using an ATS tool would be desirable
- Should have relevant experience of IT recruitment into the USA market
