Senior UI Developer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced UI Developer to join our team. This is a time-limited position with a contract length of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal depending on business needs. This position requires candidate to pass a background check and fingerprinting process. This position is not eligible for work sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Vue.js, TypeScript to build user-friendly web applications.
• Work with development team to translate mocks and wireframes into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Reference existing pages and styles within our platform to maintain consistency and improve user experience.
• Contribute to UI/UX discussions and provide valuable input to enhance the overall usability of our software.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, including refinement and retrospective meetings.
• Employ CSS styling to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Working experience of minimum 3 years in Vue.js particularly v3 and onwards.
• Very good understanding / command of Vue Life Cycle and Core JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Vue.js core concepts such as components, reactivity, props, events, slots, and lifecycle hooks.
• Ability to design and develop well-structured, modular, and reusable components.
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router and Vite.
• Thorough knowledge of web markup, primarily focusing on HTML language, CSS and SCSS.
• A degree of experience with RESTful API integration.
• Should be familiar with agile software development methodology.
• Knowledge of adjacent technologies (e.g., Node and Vite).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and work collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable collaborating using video and audio-conferencing tools such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Vue.js.
