Job Description : Requirements :
- Junior business analyst working on Engineering Operations team.
- This team is focused on program budgets, headcount & materials management, and space planning.
- This individual will be responsible to help develop corporate business tracking and analytics tools using advanced excel, SQL, & Power BI.
- The ideal candidate would have at least minimal programming experience with a strong interest to learn more.
- The day-to-day job will be approximately 40% focused on technical dashboard development along with 60% focused on day to day tactical deliverables including cost center management, labor actuals tracking, space planning, program spend comparisons, & budget attainment.
- The ideal candidate has a passion for streamlined processes and data management.
- Candidate should be proficient with data mining, blending and visualization to help import / export and merge data files.
- In addition to producing the data, the candidate would have the skills to structure and execute complex analysis, draw insights, and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Need a high energy, detail-oriented candidate who is self-motivated to be able to switch between daily tactical tasks while still carving out time for development of data dashboards with tight deadlines.
