Job Description : THE ROLE :
The Commercial PC Segment Marketing team is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs supporting the PC product solutions that serve the enterprise market. Our team creates messaging, campaigns and develops the activation strategy that drive awareness and support the key business focuses.
This is a cross-functional and collaborative position, working closely with the broader team, regional marketing teams, and worldwide marketing organizations.
THE PERSON :
The Commercial PC Segment Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the team across a variety of production initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in social content production, global asset creation, and project management. The Marketing Specialist will also assist in day-to-day coordination of team projects, working across stakeholders to ensure flawless execution within deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop the production identification tracker for every campaign, ensuring assets align to the intended objective and meet the spec requirements
- Partner closely with the team to support content development and production
- Support the team with all legal, trademark and other process approvals via workfront; effectively manage feedback with campaign managers to resolve feedback
- Responsible all media trafficking documents in alignment with the GTM managers and scope of the quarterly campaigns
- Support presentation development and content reviews from segment teams across the organization
- Manage project schedules across worldwide marketing centers of excellence and the segment team to ensure deadlines are met
- Own the localizations process for the segment marketing team, including quarterly project scoping w / the digital marketing team, budget tracking and execution of all locations.
