Job Title : Planner / Scheduler II

Location : Little Rock AR 72201 (Onsite / Weekend)

Duration : 12 Months contract

This is a WEEKEND ONLY shift - Must be available to work Saturday AND Sunday from 6 am to 6pm (24 hours / week).

  • We need someone dependable because this will be every weekend.

Job Description :

  • Customer Service with at least three years of experience.
  • Provides Outage information for Large Commercial and industrial customers through the Entergy Business Center. Record the information in our outage reporting system. Contact customers to provide outage details. Contact the Distribution Office (DOC) to obtain outage information.
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient with being able to maneuver in a fast past environment.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

    High School Diploma or Equivalent, Proficient in Microsoft products , 3 years customer service experience, good verbal and written communication skills, able to multitask using multiple computer programs.
