s a Customer Service Representative, you will take incoming calls from our customers and make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes. Above all, you will use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service.
Specific duties include :
- Preparing account changes
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Identifying and acting upon potential new sales opportunities
- Assisting with customer retention
