Position Summary: The role of a nutrition coach is to be the guide for clients while providing accountability and support. The guide is there to help the client assess where they are at, provide feedback, help set realistic goals while giving clients the autonomy to make healthy habits.
Performing Nutrition Consultations & Coaching
- Show leadership and professionalism at all times.
- Meet with clients individually to create a customized plan with them
- Before each session prepare documents and send introductory email
- Use the Onboarding Session to understand your clients previous experience, find their WHY, and cast vision for their future by being a part of nutrition coaching.
- Track client's metrics
- Establish SMART Goal Setting including Non-Scale Goals
- Create a Nutrition Plan based on the client’s needs and goals
- Set-up monthly meetings and and follow-up messages
- Follow-up with clients throughout the month to ensure they are on the right track
- Manage General Administrative Tasks and Set the Tone for Each Session.
Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in promotional endeavors through group participation, public speaking, and promo materials.
- Get at least one or two pictures/videos and bright spots of each nutrition client
- Help with creating nutrition content and social media marketing
- Posting on Social media
- Shooting and posting videos
- Keeping up with the nutrition board
- Sending a 2-4 emails regarding nutrition a month
Professional Development
- Meet quarterly with the Head Coach for performance evaluation and goal setting.
- Attend coaches meetings, and, as directed by the Head Coach, present on areas of interest/specialty to educate other staff members.
- Maintain all credentials and actively engage in learning, either through self-directed study or in consultation with the Head Coach during quarterly reviews.
- Participate in all educational components of staff meetings.
- Be prepared to offer ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Keep Head Coach informed of needs and concerns for you and the client
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Nutrition: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Nutrition Coaching Certification (Required)
