This position is responsible for supporting legal professional, supervisor, and external clients, or others as assigned on all trademark prosecution matters, and to assist with overflow work in the Application Drafting Center or patent prosecution departments, as time permits.

This position is responsible for supporting legal professional, supervisor, and external clients, or others as assigned on all trademark prosecution matters, and to assist with overflow work in the Application Drafting Center or patent prosecution departments, as time permits.
Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
- At least 3-5 years of secretarial experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
- Trademark prosecution and/or Litigation experience preferred
- Knowledge of various databases and online tools (including USPTO’s TEAS, TSDR, TESS and ESTTA)
Salary : $70,000 - $78,000
