Designer II
We're seeking a talented Designer II to join our growing team! In this role, you'll leverage your design expertise and contribute to various projects, collaborating with senior designers and potentially taking the lead on smaller initiatives.
Who You Are:
- A motivated designer with 3-5 years of experience in the architectural field.
- A detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of architectural drafting principles and proficiency in 2D and 3D sketching and modeling techniques.
- Adept in industry-standard software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino (or similar 3D sketch software) for creating and manipulating design concepts.
- Possess a working knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam & Outlook) for effective communication and documentation.
- A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with senior designers on complex projects, developing detailed design elements and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Contribute creatively to the design process, generating and presenting conceptual design ideas.
- Work independently on smaller projects, managing all aspects from initial concept to completion.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed, potentially including creating and adhering to schedules, coordinating with consultants, and managing project documentation.
- Participate in design meetings and effectively communicate design ideas to clients and colleagues.
