What We're Looking For :

We're looking for an experienced data-driven developer who's eager to grow their expertise in monday.com and become a core member of a rapidly growing company. We manage various project types, including integrations, migrations, and customer user-interface development. We need someone who is ambitious and self-driven, and someone who is interested in the small company start-up culture. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running developing code for our projects and willing to learn more about the monday.com developer ecosystem to become an expert over the next few months. While monday.com is our main tool, we're looking for someone who is willing to work with various platforms for integration and migrations projects.

monday.com is a developer playground - between the open API and application development, we need someone who is willing to expand their horizons and not only work on client projects but support internal initiatives to develop marketplace applications through complete custom development.

Getting Started :

We like transparency and know you probably don't want to apply to a mystery job, so here's a rough idea of what you can expect :

On your first day you will :

Get all the basics set up with our Ops team.
Meet the crew during a virtual welcome lunch!
Shadow your new teammates

In the first week you will :

Gain familiarity with our business and processes by working directly with your team and clients.

Gain familiarity with our technology stack and development procedures.

Begin your training in the monday.com platform

In the first month you will :

Understand how your team executes work and completes tasks from the project backlogs.

Tackle tasks for data integration projects including coding, workflow setup, and more

Participate in client activities and planning meetings.

In the first three months you will :

Have a broad understanding of our client's various technologies and systems

Develop a deep understanding of monday.com and it's data structures

Work autonomously on basic tech and data tasks.

Develop a high-level understanding of discovery, data integration projects, and business process mapping.

Set long-term growth goals with your team leader to continue your professional development.

Timeline & Hiring Process :

2. Presentation - candidates invited to this step are asked to give a brief presentation on a topic provided by our team.

3. Leadership Interview - candidates invited to this step will have a chat with our managing director.

4. Offer - We will offer a position to the best candidate.

You Are :

In the continental United States (Unfortunately, we're unable to hire internationally or sponsor visas at this time)

Experience in topics like database development, administration, or maintenance; systems administration; application administration; and / or information technology support or management

Experienced with automating tasks through programming and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

Driven & dedicated to QUICKLY advancing your career and skillset - we promote from within!

Self-motivated, self-directed, highly organized, with strong attention to detail

A natural problem-solver who is curious about creating efficiencies

Able to extract data from diverse databases and file structures (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV, TXT, unstructured) to leverage in a different target system.

Bonus : Proficient with identifying data migration requirements, developing repeatable data conversion scripts and mappings, identifying and implementing data cleanup routines, and validating data accuracy and usability

Bonus : Experience in marketing, sales or agency setting

Bonus : Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g. React)
