About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist with client service, policy management, and sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, competitive, technologically savvy, coachable, and a strong communicator. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-moving agency.
Compensation & Growth
Base pay : $18-$25 / hour (DOE)
monthly Commissions and / or performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes.
Provide proactive customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and referring leads.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Navigate various insurance systems and platforms efficiently.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Requirements

Sales experience is a huge plus while this is a customer service role, a background in sales will be highly valuable.
Note : A Property & Casualty (P&C) license will be required for the role, but it is not necessary to applywe will support the right candidate in obtaining their license.
