We are a small shop doing automotive interior repairs and accessories. We do tasks from upholstery, plastic repairs, production of specific interior parts etc.
Job Summary
The Operations Assistant will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations.. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Lightly flexible work schedule.
Duties
- Assist in coordinating projects and assist in project management tasks
- Manage office files and documentation
- Utilize software such as Gmail, Wix Websites, QuickBooks, Goldie appointment scheduling, UPS, USPS
- Provide customer service
- Check in and inspect/catalog incoming work that has been shipped in
- Create invoices and estimates
- Package and ship parts
- Social Media management
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, QuickBooks, website management sites
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Strong organizational skills for file management
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Knowledge in shipping and receiving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
