Our mission is to help users govern their websites. We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest traffic websites.

Position Overview
ObservePoint is looking for an Office Manager who infuses company culture through their personable nature and managing company events and office logistics. We are looking for someone who is energetic and friendly, builds relationships, is reliable yet adaptable, is detail-orientated, and is excited to be an integral part of our team and culture. This position also takes on lite accounting duties (we will train you).
Principal Responsibilities
- Create a positive experience and environment for team and guests
- Plan or assist with company events and activities, including lunches, celebrations, summits, team activities, etc.
- Oversee office operations and logistics, including supplies, equipment, furniture, conference and breakrooms
- Manage employee store with company-branded gear
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Accommodate the executive team with their department needs
- Assist finance team with lite accounting duties
- Greet guests at reception on in-office days
Required
- A friendly and outgoing personality plus a positive attitude is essential for this position
- Experience as an Office Manager, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Event management and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Occasional schedule flexibility
- Experience organizing events is strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent computer skills, including a proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
