What we do

Our mission is to help users govern their websites. We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest traffic websites.

Have you ever browsed a website only to find broken links, unexpected trackers, questionable privacy behavior, or slow pages?  At ObservePoint, we make it our business to find these problems and report them to our customers, so they can deliver an excellent web experience for their users.

Who are our customers? Hundreds of the biggest brands in the world: Adobe, Asics, HP Enterprise, Pepsico, Texas Instruments, and US Bank (just to name a few).

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings both strategic design thinking and pixel-perfect execution. You’ll elevate ObservePoint’s brand identity across channels—web, digital campaigns, sales collateral, events, and beyond. You will collaborate directly with the head of marketing to ensure every touchpoint reflects a clean, modern, and cohesive brand presence.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of and evolve the ObservePoint visual brand across all platforms.
• Design a wide range of digital and print assets: web pages, ads, social content, sales decks, ebooks, tradeshow booths, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing to create high-converting campaign visuals and landing pages.
• Support product and customer teams with engaging visual collateral.
• Help build and maintain a scalable design system and asset library.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

·       5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.

·       A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful, and versatile design.

·       Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools.

·       Experience collaborating with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging.

·       Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Ability to think strategically, not just execute.

Bonus Skills:

• Video: creation experience; planning, filming, editing, publishing for product videos, testimonials, virtual event sessions, etc.
• Photography: internal events, headshots, social images, etc.
