Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete hands-on training with senior team members to understand role fundamentals and program benefits
- Engage with customers daily through in-person interactions in various community locations
- Guide customers through our programs while educating them on benefits and pricing
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales quotas through effective in-person customer engagement
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism to ensure customer comfort and confidence
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and maximize opportunities
- Develop effective strategies to address customer concerns through active listening and solution-based approaches
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 0-3 years of experience in customer engagement, sales,, retail, or related customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to achieving results
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high activity levels
- Must have reliable transportation for daily field activities
- Team-oriented sales mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude
