Due to increased demand, we are expanding throughout the Torrance area. We collaborate with some of the most recognized brands in the country to assist in acquiring and enrolling new customers. Our recent success in enrolling new customers in our client's products and services has created an opportunity for expansion of our enrollment team!

Our experienced staff ensures that every new employee receives the essential tools to master the position and grow within our company. As we aim to expand into new locations and extend our clients' reach, we're seeking dedicated individuals to join our core team!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete hands-on training with senior team members to understand role fundamentals and program benefits
  • Engage with customers daily through in-person interactions in various community locations
  • Guide customers through our programs while educating them on benefits and pricing
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales quotas through effective in-person customer engagement
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism to ensure customer comfort and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and maximize opportunities
  • Develop effective strategies to address customer concerns through active listening and solution-based approaches

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer engagement, sales,, retail, or related customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to achieving results
  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high activity levels
  • Must have reliable transportation for daily field activities
  • Team-oriented sales mindset with a positive, results-driven attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
