We hold our Business Management Trainee responsible for:
- Providing exceptional and effective customer service contributes by being courteous and attentive to new and prospective customers through direct interactions
- Maintaining a professional and cheerful disposition with customers, management, co-workers, and clients at all times
- Promoting and up-sell selected products or sales promotions directly to consumers
- Reporting any customer concerns to senior sales to account management quickly, efficiently and appropriately
- Serving as the primary point of contact and sales liaison between our customers and clients
- Resolving issues efficiently by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and attaining practical solutions
- 1-2 years of experience in management, leadership, team lead, business development, customer service, sales, or client relations
- High school diploma
- Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance while working
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
