About the Team:
We are hiring for a foundational Demo Engineer for our Solutions Engineering Org. This role will ensure that our Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, demo environments, and enablement initiatives align with our mission of solving SaaS security challenges effectively. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement teams to deliver impactful and data-driven solutions that resonate with our customers.

About the Role:
As a Demo Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our demo environments, supporting POV engagements, and enabling sales success through innovative solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to create and maintain compelling, data-rich demos that showcase our product's value and help our customers achieve their goals. This role is critical for scaling our success in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Demo Environment & Demos
Own the data configuration and maintenance of demo environmentEstablish and maintain schedules for demo account updates in alignment with product release and sales trainingPartner with SE leadership to develop scalable, repeatable demo scenariosManage and optimize our Demostack instance for self-serve and test-drive demos
Proof-of-Value (POV) Support
- Populate demo data in sandbox environments to support POVs
- Execute threat simulations for POVs and create a repeatable process
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers on high-priority pOVs to ensure successful mapping of assets to the success criteria
Enablement
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to align demo data and assets with product releases
- Work with the cross functional team above to create segmented demo scripts and assets
Partner with the cross functional teams above to deliver talk tracks, conduct training, and ensure adoption of demo strategies
About You:
- Hungry, humble, smart with a desire to jumpstart your Solutions Engineering career
- A builder mentality with a knack for solving problems and creating impactful solutions
- Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS security challenges
- Hands on experience with APIs, integrations, and middleware tools
- Effective project management skills with the ability to liaise between SE, Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams
Preferences:
- Experience in Cybersecurity or IT
- Proficient in coding and scripting for automation and customization
- Background in high-growth environments
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Pay Transparancy
Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Salary : $75,000 - $118,000
