About the Team
We are looking for a talented senior product designer to drive end-to-end user experiences and own the quality of design outcomes for our features. Working closely with the product and engineering team, you will advocate for user goals while developing new features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to take features from concept to launch.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs.
- Presentation work to internal teams.
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure high-quality implementations.
- Participate in co-creation design workshops with the UX and product teams and other cross-disciplinary partners.
- Interviewing users and customers to understand their needs.
- Contribute to our overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
- Stay informed of competitor products and industry trends.
Requirements
5 years of experience in user experience/product design.
Outstanding portfolio showcasing your foundation in product design highlighting multiple projects and direct contributions, demonstrating your design process.
Exceptional design skills with an insistence on quality and design-for-impact.
Able to leverage user research and workflows as a basis for design directions.
Experience with enterprise and SaaS UX design patterns.
Experience working in a high-velocity agile environment, from ideation, prototyping to testing.
Developing artifacts to validate ideas in the form of prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind your design decisions.
Experience implementing UI design systems in an iterative software development environment.
Familiarity with security software and/or big data design principles.
Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS.
Basis understanding of how designs translate to the web, with a strong focus on accessibility.
