Obsidian Therapeutics is expanding the reach of TIL therapy. We are pioneering engineered tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies to deliver transformative outcomes for patients suffering from solid tumor malignancies. Our Opportunity…
We’re expanding our Supply Chain team to build a best-in-class Autologous Cell Therapy Supply Chain. In this role, you’ll implement a comprehensive supply chain planning and inventory management program in support of our clinical trials in metastatic melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Supply planning, inventory management and supplier relationship with a background in cGMP requirements. As part of our Technical Operations team, you’ll be a vital part of a highly collaborative team working to deliver OBX-115 to patients and achieve Obsidian’s vision of translating innovative science into medical breakthroughs.

Based in our Bedford, MA site with a hybrid work schedule, this is a contract role anticipated to extend for 6 months with the possibility of becoming a full-time opportunity based on company needs and individual performance.
You Will…
- Develop and manage an End to End inventory management program through collaboration with external partners (Contract Manufacturing Organizations, External Biorepositories, Logistic Partners).
- Develop and manage a detailed End to End MRP process including the establishment of risk-based inventory targets.
- Develop and manage a Sample inventory management program in partnership with Analytical Development and Quality Control groups.
- Support the S&OP process through End to End supply planning and scenario analysis
- Support a Raw Material risk assessment for all raw material and consumables used in OBX-115 manufacturing process.
- Coordinate the monthly Supply Chain scorecard update.
- Support the establishment of a supplier management program including the development of a sourcing strategy and the establishment of Supply Agreements.
- Develop a formal label management program.
- Develop and maintain appropriate GMP controlled documents (i.e., SOPs, WIs, and Forms).
