We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES :

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the given timeframe.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.

Full-time position with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
