Manager - Car Wash

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional management of employees and exceptional service to our customers. As Manager, you will be responsible for general oversight of daily operations, maintaining the car wash supplies and equipment as well as ensuring that the wash is performing as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, employee management experience, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Duties

• Staff Scheduling and Training; Oversee car wash maintenance and marketing.
• Safety Compliance Officer.
• Manage computer registry for car wash members and other software applications.
• Tracking and ordering parts, equipment, and supplies to keep car wash chemicals stocked and running proficiently. Coordinate with different suppliers and maintenance technicians.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Respond to customer emails and phone calls daily.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools used during the washing process.
• Work alongside car wash associates to provide customer service at the point-of-sale station, operate the car wash, pre-spray customer cars, and direct customers into the car wash. Customer tips are split between team members.

Experience

• Previous management or human resources experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety and maintaining cleanliness in work areas is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Previous experience in a car wash or other mechanical environment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
