Responsibilities
OBXtek is currently staffing for Scrum Master
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and discussions among development and customer team members
- Coach the team on the Scrum processes and remove impediments for the team
- With product leadership and the team, define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives

- Maintain other artifacts supporting the Team’s performance, highlighting achievements, and exposing opportunities for improvement
- Planning and Coordinating Team Training
- Guide the team to adopt an Agile mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience defining team performance metrics
- Experience delivering team performance metrics
- Experience planning and coordinating training for the team on the Scrum processes
- Expertise removing team roadblocks
- Agile certification
