Qualification Guidelines:
- Minimum one year of office working experience is preferred
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented.
- Problem solver
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher.
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
