Position: Job Coach

Job Coaches assist individuals with special needs become acclimated to the local community with daily field trips, learning opportunities and skill based learning. Services are state funded, all services are provided at no cost to the family. Please note, we do pay the high rates because each individual has their specific behavioral need that will require specific approach. This job requires a patient person.

What You’ll Do:
As a member of our team, you will mentor 1-3 individuals daily, helping them build self-confidence, develop work skills, and achieve greater independence. Each of our students receives a personalized experience, and you will be the catalyst for their growth.

• All applicants must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license
• High School Diploma Minimum (Growth Opportunities for Higher Education)
• Be available to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 2:30pm OR 8:30am - 3:00pm
• Own a Vehicle (Valid Registration, Insurance, and Drivers License)
• Pass Criminal Background Check (DOJ,FBI, LiveScan)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
