Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks related to construction and facilities maintenance. This role involves working on-site, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the construction and assembly of structures according to schematics and project specifications.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Fabricate components as needed for various construction projects.
- Conduct commercial painting and finishing work as required.
- Support supervising personnel in executing project plans effectively.

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components is desirable.
- Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.
