We partner with top telecommunication companies that are driven for growth, and we’re seeking a bright, motivated individual to join us as an Entry Level Account Manager. In this role, you'll be trained to become a key contributor to our team and will work cross-functionally across departments to help achieve high and specific sales goals for our clients.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll start with a solid foundation in direct sales and customer acquisition, gaining a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our business operations. With hands-on training and mentoring, you’ll develop into a leader, guiding a team and driving customer acquisition to meet our clients' goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to train, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Lead and conduct training sessions for new team members to ensure product and service knowledge.
- Analyze team performance and develop strategies to improve metrics and drive results.
- Educate consumers about our clients’ products and services, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Gain exposure to all business operations by shadowing senior management in leadership, payroll, human resources, client management, and business development.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Some experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required (full training provided).
- A strong desire to grow within the company and help others succeed.
- High drive and ambition with a focus on achieving business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Some college coursework in a related field is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
