Wireless Sales Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them explore the range of wireless products and services they may be eligible for. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wireless products and plans.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, promotions, and new product launches.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
