• Handle the maintenance and daily operations of pre/post treatment equipment.
• Ensure optimal equipment use and follow standard operation protocols.
• Collaborate with Quality Coordinator for quality checks.
• Train fellow employees in equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
• Cross-train across departments to expand your skill set.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain detailed and updated records for all equipment.
• Manage customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness.

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with machine operation is a plus.
• Excels in communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in English; intermediate level in Microsoft Office.
• Strong work ethic, detail-centric, and driven by results.
• Able to safely handle chemicals and manage physical tasks routinely.
