Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Enhance customer satisfaction through friendly and effective communication.
• Examine and process incoming products, ensuring a perfect preparation sequence.
• Perform meticulous inspections on finished products, maintaining our high quality threshold.
• Participate actively in our quality council and explore cross-departmental training opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ordering supplies online, with familiarity in MS Word and Internet Explorer.
• Some knowledge about industrial cutting tools is a bonus, but not required.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail, plus the readiness to lift up to 30lbs.
